The default format for all of our themes is actually the opposite to what we are used to. I have an extension installed which flips them over automatically for every theme. Likely for those experiencing any issues that the extension just failed to load correctly for some reason.

Within the last week or so. That's something being pushed down from the server providers as I haven't implemented anything like that.
