Absolutely. But, the rotten nurse has moved into the central chamber now, where most of the gang are still positioned.

I would like awfully to cleave the rotten nurse in twain please.

While the nurse stares at Malaiz, Fechr swings his battle-axe at her!

The blade slices straight through her as if she is made of air. Yet she is completely unaffected by it!

She continues to stare at Malaiz, attempting to bore into his mind.

Content that the axe passed through the nurse correctly, Fechr will continue up the northern passage to follow Alpha.

Fechr steps on a hidden pit-trap and falls down a small pit.

Given her attempt to psychically assault me (and presumably I would guess the similar attempts on my companions), and seeing Fechr's axe pass straight through her, I'll sadly conclude that negotiations have failed.

Not sure how initiative works, but whenever I'm able, I'd like to hurl my flaming torch at her. I'll also call out: "No talking to this one, she's some kind of evil ghost trying to steal our precious thoughts! Give her what-for!"
