I got the Pathfinder P2 sourcebook when it came out a couple of years ago as I heard some big tabletop names raving about it. At least one of those names (Taking20 on YouTube, who’s well worth watching for D&D advice if you’ve not encountered him before) has since tempered that opinion, but it still has some interesting ideas in the system. I won’t pretend to understand the rules properly yet, but if we ever wanted a one-shot in Pathfinder P2 I’d be willing to try and learn them a bit more.

As am I, though I know next to nothing about Pathfinder beyond the brief stint I had with Wrath of the Righteous.

Incidentally were we planning on starting the new campaign this week?

Yep, assuming everyone's good for Thursday?

Should be, are we thinking a return to the traditional 8-10pm slot?

I'm easy, could do 8-10pm or 7-9pm if that's preferable?

I'm probably a safer bet for an 8pm start

I'm good with either, but happy to stick with an 8pm start if it's better for Alan.

Yeah, I'm not sure what days this week I need to be travelling into London, but 8pm is a safeish bet even if so.

Looking forward to this! :)

In case I forget, at the start of the game we should roll starting gold for anyone who hasn't done yet (or feel free to do it before the game if you prefer). You may already have some gold from your character background or other factors, and you then add to it the amount of gold rolled for your class:

Bard - 5d4 x 10
Blood Hunter - 4d4 x 10
Wizard - 4d4 x 10

You can also choose to start with less gold than that, if you think it better suits your character.

Also looking forward to this, particularly being able to just get stuck into one character rather than having to remember the voices and motivations for 50 odd.

8pm is definitely my preferred start time for this evening as I've got quite a lot to get done today.

I start with... 18gp. We might have to rob another casino if there is one.
