Any effective communication network where truth can be shared is kryptonite to these supervillains. I am not convinced this wasn't the sole intent anyway, every action backs up the theory that the malignancy miasma soul group wanted Twitter buried.

That's the problem, really. I want to enjoy watching Musk piss away $44billion of his personal sense of worth, but I can't because 7500 people work(ed) for the company and all of the people that use the service professionally are losing an important part of their business. I haven't really used Twitter in about a decade, but it was the best way of communicating with a business that I was having an issue with, and which had a problem fixed within minutes instead of waiting hours or days for an e-mail.

There are some estimates that there are as few as 200 employees remaining because almost everyone is refusing to, would you believe it, accept horrendous new working conditions when the alternative is three months severance pay.

I honestly hope it crashes and burns. An ego maniac, giant man child, fifth rate Bond villain should not wield absolute control over one of the largest social media platforms in the world.

7500 jobs is nothing. Those people will all get new jobs fairly easily in that sector with their experiences and hopefully won't have to work for an enormous fucktard like Musk as a bonus.

A new platform will takes it's place soon enough.

The thing that galls me most about all this is that $44bn has been wasted for no credible reason. Imagine if Musk had assigned that money to someone competent and told them to fix one of the many great problems the world faces. In a decade we could have been without Alzheimer’s or malaria; starvation could have been largely solved; flood defences in areas at high risk from global warming could have been bolstered; the 500 best free schools in the world could have been built.

Instead he’s spaffed all the money up the wall and displaced thousands of lives to no avail. Someone should throw him in a hole and tarmac over him.
