You hear the shouts of the Redrums coming from the room upstairs. It can only be a matter of seconds before they work out where you've gone.

You can't see the balloon from outside the servants' lodge; it must be stored inside the lodge.

Doc notes with alarm the GM has already deleted all his saddlebagged belongings and thinks to himself "fuck that"... ¬_¬

Your bikes are on the north side of the house. You're on the south side of the house. You're not gonna take the bikes on the balloon, that's for sure...

I can think of three options:

1) Run to the lodge and dig in for a firefight.

2) Hide under the balcony, wait for them to come onto it, then unleash a hail of fire from beneath them.

3) Flee!

You also don't have to escape via balloon, by the way. You can keep searching the city for the gate-keys on your bicycles.

We may be escaping by balloon but Doc has every intention of grabbing those saddlebags from his bike and strapping them to Jinx if necessary...
