Currently listening to whatever radio station the pointer lands on when I spin the earth.

Hmm, classical Chinese pop songs from the late 80's it is then.

Try spinning that over the middle of the US and not find somebody babbling bible verses.

Thinking of booking tickets to see this group in Glasgow. So much atmosphere. Her voice is phenomenal.

Bit varied just now...

Mecryful Fate meets Judas Priest and I kinda dig it.

I will always consider this song one of the most hauntingly beautiful experimental tracks ever made, the attention and intricate analysis it still receives today feels entirely warranted. Five simplistic chords of harmonic soul swelling goosebump inducing wonder, always stunning in any and all purest interpretational delivery. :-({|=

I saw Ice Nine Kills play at Download this year, and they did a few songs I didn't know that sounded good. I knew they'd done a few, but I'd been sleeping on Every Trick In The Book at the very least.

This is a perfect little song, IMO. Builds well, rocks out, guitar solo. Chef's kiss!

This band's schtick is that each song is a reference to something. This album was books, later ones are horror films (that includes Jaws, and yes the breakdown is the themeatic DUH-DUN, and includes "we'll need a bigger boat!" in the lyrics). Anyway, turns out that song is based on Tess of the d'Urbervilles. Huh, neat.

New Devin single from the upcoming album.

Got to say I wasn't expecting that style at all, but I do like it a lot.
