A man who could tell more truth and eat fewer pies.

It could also be absolutely dreadful, we've got nothing to go on other than the developer's other franchise. James Bond games don't really have a great history; Goldeneye is fondly remembered (although I maintain that it was actually a bit rubbish even at the time), but the franchise doesn't really have many good videogame entries.

Nightfire was pretty great, I have very fond memories of that.

They're a solid developer though, who have consistently been producing good games for the last few years. James Bond would translate well to their penchant for creating social stealth systems too.

I hope it's more than just Hitman in Bond clothing. I'd be up for a good spy based third person game.

I actually quite enjoyed Everything Or Nothing, which was a third person shooter with a fairly interesting aim adjustment system (you could lock on but then manually adjust your aim to target a specific body part).

If they just re-skinned 47 into Daniel Craig and stuck him in a Hitman game, they would be doing the franchise a disservice. I would think they needed to pitch it somewhere between the 'social stealth' (thanks Dave) of the Hitman titles and the open world of something like GTA or GR: Wildlands.

Bond films have cool infiltration and stealthy assassinations, but those are balanced with car chases and running gun battles.

There needs to be a contextual button dedicated to post-mortem one liners.

Hopefully one that bugs out so that you can utter completely nonsensical ones. Throw someone off a bridge? "Shocking."
