Well, not gone, gone. The person killing you may well end up with it :)

You just have to be the one doing the killing (or hiding from those doing the killing)

No, you don't have to be the last person standing, you can collect a bunch of loot then make your way to a completely unsignposted magical exit that can be seemingly anywhere.

Needless to say I don't really enjoy it.
All the exits are in the same spot. The only change is which one you will be able to extract and that's mostly due to where you spawn in the level. It will always be the furthest exit from you :)
it's a very tense and adrenaline fuel nightmare when you have loads of good stuff as you try to escape. Dying can leave you pissed but getting out is some climatic thrill :D

This sale I grabbed Hardspace : Shipbreaker, Ace Combat 7, Space Haven, might grab another one.

The demo is decent, but I think it'll be a bargain bin one for me. Not convinced for now it'll offer enough diversity to warrant a full price investment. But the concept is pretty cool.

Didn't see much else that caught my eye tbh. :?

Ooh. Just seen that there's a demo for Everspace 2. Loved Everspace 1. Installing that now.

There is a table top sale at Steam - any recommendations ?

As an avid reader of FF as a kid I bought the digital bundle for a tenner.

Tabletop Simulator if you don't already have it, a great piece of software.
