Any recommendations from anyone? I've relied on Spotify for so long now that my ripped collection has been pretty neglected. Spotify have recently taken down several albums that I was interested in though, so I'm tilting back to the ripped CD option. Having just ditched iTunes as a way of ripping them and converting the entire collection over to either flac or high bitrate mp3s I'm now on the search for some decent software.
Future plans include streaming to remote devices via a media centre PC but currently something basic will do. Most of the tunes already have the relevant meta data so not hugely fussed about something intelligent that will scrape that for me. But having relatively decent library control and custom playlisting would be a nice feature to have while I'm stuck running everything locally off the PC.

Not looked at anything for years Dave. I have iTunes installed but never use it except for a very occasional phone backup, I play everything via Amazon Music these days.
