Everything has went a bit dark on this but there is a short video and some written info on what has been going on with it and that it could be out at the end of the year.
Oh man I will be all over this - I played in the Kingpin TDM and Bagman league for the mighty Ya Mama clan for years and still fire up the game from time to time for a deathmatch with some of the old teams.

The SP was completely brutal, I don't think I ever got far with it. The MP was sublime though. Not as good as SiN CTF, which was my absolute favourite but it had good maps and Bagman was a fun MP mechanic.

Guns weren't that accurate and it only took a few hits to be killed as well. I preferred the shotgun for being far more reliable in that way and it sounded good to fire at the time. Game still runs great from GOG
