How the fuck is that legal? Surely it would have to be implicit in the T&Cs that they can levy charges on your payment methods without your approval (which would see account closures in droves I suspect) and if the accounts are inactive, any changes to the T&Cs would not be applicable as the user had not agreed.
Methinks someone stopped reading after the headline.
From 16 December 2020, if your account has been inactive for over 12 months, you'll be charged a fee which is the lesser of £12 or your entire PayPal balance. If you don't have any money in your PayPal account, or your balance is negative, PayPal says you won't be charged a fee (even if you have a credit or debit card linked to the account).
So they're just taking virtual money out, not levying fees against payment methods. Still shitty, but if someone's not logged in for over 12 months, I doubt they'll notice their pennies being hoovered up.

And that's the story of why I'm not allowed near pregnant women for the next few weeks.

PayPal is built on two things: convenience and trust. This sort of behaviour (even with the caveats) is a sure way to erode trust. Perhaps I'm not the target use-case, but these days I see them as a needless middleman when paying directly by credit card is an option. Maybe it's because I rarely use ebay.

I mean if they’ve left funds in PayPal for over a year they’re probably dead anyway :-k Who leaves funds in PayPal for more than 20seconds? The weird thing is money in PayPal is money in PayPal’s bank already so this seems like bad PR for nothing.

I have absolutely zero clue what this post is trying to say, it reads like you've had a stroke!

1. What's a tunein powered station?
2. What the fuck are giggle knickers?

So TuneIn is like a radio streaming service. Dunno what the giggle knickers thing is about.

I stick on some tunein stations sometimes when I just want mindless background noise. The thing with tunein is they replace the ad breaks with their own ads and they don’t have many it would seem! Giggle knickers are pants for people that piss themselves laughing and the advert is like a fake Judi Dench musical number aboutpeeing your pants and it’s on EVERY break and sometimes twice in one break. If its an American station they have breaks every 10mins and it just plays constantly!

People who wear their watch face on the inside of their wrist (Watching Lewis).

Bread that is too wide/small. Just make loaves regular, A4 size and fuck off with stupid sizes. It should fit in a toaster properly (Breakfast).

Rats (Getting Christmas decorations out of the loft).

Dog shit (out walking).

Possible human shit (out walking).

Musical outdoor Christmas decorations (out walking).

Didn't enjoy this morning's walk.

One of my cunting neighbors who has been using a chainsaw in their garden for the past week. It usually starts in the morning and goes until dark, every single day. Plus it makes a high pitched noise that no closed window can block out.

Bad football teams.

Glass bottles with shite structural integrity.

Sweeping up glass.

Sticky floors.

All independently infuriating.
