The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
Can I glue a Luck point to a Sorcery point allowing me to cast two spells with extra dice?
Incidentally I promise I'm only asking these questions in jest; I don't *actually* want to break your game.
Although if I did could I mend it with glue?

I’m waiting for you to glue the Nine Hells to the Abyss, just to see what happens.

Was quite tempted by Lucky, in the end though went for the Prodigy feat, adding the ability to speak draconic (I figured with our current campaign this might be useful ), gained proficiency in Intimidation and expertise in Sleight of Hand, and am also skilled in the use of a forgery kit, which is something I think could also come in handy.
Combined with my existing Reliable Talent feat that means for about half my available skill checks I'm at a minimum of 20-24, and can more reliably be an intimidating presence (Slythe's a pretty tough cookie by this point, I figure that's in-character).

Any preference on days this week? I'm free any night but Friday.

That feeling when leaping onto the back of a beholder and tying his eye-stalks together wasn't the craziest move of the night

Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
I'll admit, shoving Burnsy down the Beholder's throat had me giggling to myself as soon as I thought of it.
Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
That was a strong move as it prevented the petrifaction ray from firing at one point, which would have turned someone to stone. In fact almost every action in that fight prevented something far worse from happening!
Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
Honestly thought that was it for us at one point. An expected end for the Unmentionables that they would nonchalantly walk to their doom expecting to talk their way out of it.
Incidentally, Burnzy's disintegrate did enough damage to Xanathar that it would have actually one shot me even from full health.

That's quite probably a first for us
