Man that's a kicker. Insomnia is about the only thing that ever got me up on a dancefloor...that and Jump Around.

Yeah, Insomnia was basically the song of 1996. Think it was the first music CD I ever had.

Volodymyr Yezhov, one of the GSC gameworld developers, has been killed defending Bakhmut, I believe he worked on Clear Sky and The Cossacks games among others. Heróyam sláva.

Bollocks.

Also, in 2023 I'm 50. I'm seeing so many people die at 60/x it's frankly giving me the fear.

Tell me about it, I'm 60 next year.
Daughter asked me this week what my plans were for my 60th, "being around to see it will do " I replied. :)

Just came to post the Viv news, another great mind and creative lost, another big shaper of my thinking growing up as a teen, sad loss indeed.

Ken Block, one of the most talented rally and stunt drivers of all time, has been killed in a snowmobile accident.

A part of me is not surprised, his stunts are incredible and were, I am sure, often dangerous, but even so what a tragic end to an incredible talent.

RIP to the Hoonigan

 Christ no! One of my enduring favourite guitarists, truly exceptional all through his career, and a musicians musician. Gutted, gutted.
