Cheers, keep posting them periodically as I'm forwarding them on to the provider and getting them to look further into it.

Have you let them know that they're incompetent lackwits yet?

I neglected to mention that bit in the hopes they might fix it.

Getting super frustrating now, seems every time I click my bookmark it's fucked today. Fire this shitty hosting company, out of a cannon and into the sun.

Edit: Note the time stamps on these, I kept only the start of the downtime and then the subsequent return to up so it's a little easier to parse.

They probably can't access their web-based support platform, it's just giving them a 0KB download instead. 😬

Ah glad it's not just me. It seems clearing the cache isn't having the same results it used to.

Periods of downtime on the 16th were atrocious:

Code: Select all

00:04 – 00:35
00:39 – 01:35
01:40 – 02:35
02:42 – 02:59
03:17 – 04:00
04:08 – 05:00
05:04 – 06:00
06:07 – 07:00
07:09 – 07:34
08:04 – 08:21
08:40 – 08:49
---

Then today we've had

Code: Select all

10:35 – 10:47
18:41 – 18:42

Well according to the hosts it's a problem on my end and they can't offer anymore help.

I may do a full file wipe and start from scratch as I've no idea what script could possibly be causing this or where it may be as there aren't a whole lot of places it could conceivably be hidden.

Even after you set up the temporary backup site which mirrors the downtime of this one?

Can you even schedule jobs to run at certain times at all? If not, how are they supposing you're having the config changed several times a day? Honestly, I'd be raging to be paying for such a shoddy service.

Maybe it's just my phone but lately the little symbols are't loading in (Bold, Italic, underline...) at the top of a page.

Page numbers as well are just a small box with an X in it. Bit odd.

Yeah, likewise. It doesn't happen on every page load.

I find it tends to happen with me if I've just posted or edited a post, rather than just browsing pages.

Edit: Like just now >_<
