Beware! Interloper in the D&D thread!

WB get yourself off to an osteopath mate. I have both slipped (bad) and prolapsed (agony beyond description) a disc. If you are at the first point and you remain untreated, you could easily go to the second unwittingly. They will give you immediate help as well as exercises which can help manage it back to normality.

Cheers - I've had a slipped disc in my lower back twice, which was no fun at all, but this is the first time I've (possibly) had one in the upper spine so none of my typical exercises are suitable. I need a proper diagnosis, which unfortunately wasn't on the cards with the doctor strikes last week.

How are we looking for tomorrow? I never got to see a doctor due to the strikes, but my neck’s slowly improving so I should be fine.

All good. Depending on traffic home though I may need to push the start to half 7.

I should be okay for 7. At worst I'll be five minutes or so late I reckon.

If they didn't believe we killed a mind flayer, we're going to have an even harder time convincing people we rode a unicorn into battle against a dragon.

As long as we don't try to do so by pulling Jeff's severed head out of the bag of holding each time

I'm not going to miss out on fighting dragons alongside a unicorn.

Yus.
