Yeah, that's profoundly idiotic, but I can't say I'm surprised. I can't really understand the logic behind using live ammunition instead of blanks; unless you're on the receiving end, you're surely not going to see the effect. There's a Simpsons episode with a gag about fireworks; "Celebrate the birth of your country by blowing up a small part of it!" that I think applies here.

I really get the feeling the people in charge don't understand the deterrent value of a weapons stockpile, instead seeing them as expensive tools that ought to be used before they pass their expiry date. Business owners wouldn't be able to understand that you'd buy something you weren't going to use, and is just another example of why business owners shouldn't be running major nation-states.

He ain't leaving, he is a king in all but name and the 2A is going to be nothing when the right finally wakes up and realises the carpet has been thoroughly pulled from under them. His "immigration" army has seen a 700% increase in funding this year, it is larger than many nations' defence budget, he is consolidating his own personal defence force on the premise of immigration enforcement.

Also of note, Dominion has been bought by the worst of people you can imagine, and all outstanding litigation has been dropped. Putin's America is now a reality.
