Jones's latest gaff is, after previously not complying with an order, and stating under oath that his phone data is unavailable, that his lawyers accidentally provided the claimant's lawyers with said phone evidence 12 days ago. Alex Jones choked when his texts popped up on the court screen and he was asked to read one. He was making $800,000 a day on the back of his bullshit.

A red state, with a cynical addition to the primary vote slip with a cryptic question written to coax a confused vote into whether the abortion protections should be removed from the state's constitution. 70% of those who registered to vote in Kansas after the Dobbs decision were women. The turnout was 47% which is unheard of for a primary, and as high as the 2008 presidential election.
