This could all go crazily wrong...let's see what happens!
First: Doc Scotum, back against the stable door, tears a rag off his shirt, stuffs it into his bottle of laudanum, lights it with his zippo, and throws this 'molotov' into the stable, hoping it lands in the straw. Cumflutter, who has snuck around the back of the stable, has positioned himself at the opposite door, ready to slam it shut on Doc's command.
Doc, make a SLICK test to hurl that fire-bottle into the right spot: d20-1

There's a tinkle of broken glass and the woomf sound of straw catching alight.
You hear shouts from within.
"OH LORD JESUS IT'S A FIRE!"
Quick, Doc and St John, each of you needs to roll SLICK to get them stable doors shut in time!

There's a tinkle of broken glass and the woomf sound of straw catching alight.
You hear shouts from within.

Working together, Doc and Cumflutter slam the stable doors closed and Cumflutter slides the repeater rifle across the hasps, jamming the doors shut.
Soon you hear a chaotic din of donkeys braying and men screaming and coughing and bashing on the doors as the interior fills with smoke and flame.

Is there anywhere you'd like to reposition yourself in readiness for whatever comes? Right now you're millin' around in front of the burning stables and I'm worried you're a bit exposed.

After closin' the stable door, Doc Scotum (as previously instructed) quickly runs along the southern perimeter fence (interior) and repositions to the SW corner of the dogtrot house (the building between the stables and the ranch), keeping his revolver trained on the front door of the ranch.
The stable, meanwhile, quickly goes up in flames and its roof caves in with a loud and noisy crash! There ain't nobody alive in there now, for sure!
In response to the mayhem, a door does indeed open, but it ain't the door to the ranch! No, sir!
It's the door to the eastern cabin of the dogtrot house, right next to the stables. The door opens on the western wall of the eastern cabin, in the part o' the buildin' known as the breezeway, that connects the two huts together. Runnin' out onto this breezeway comes a bunch of four outlaws, each one wieldin' a six-shooter in one hand and a knife in the other! And while they come runnin' outside, they make the most intolerable cacophony of yammerin' and hollerin'! Ain't no mistakin' these boys: it's the Loudmouths! Now, Cadaver Kid's got the list of outlaws and he knows from his earlier perusin' that none o' these fellas are the leaders o' that gang; these are just regular thugs who do what they're told.
Now, these four hoodlums, as they come pourin' out of the dogtrot house and congregate around the well out front, see Cadaver Kid and Roach positioned inside the corral, crouchin' behind the fence, with their guns pointin' at the ranch and the stable doors (respectively-speakin'). They also see St John Cumflutter III millin' around near the stables, but he ain't in cover! These Loudmouths ain't takin' no prisoners today; they whip up their shooters and start shootin'! And they holler while they do it!
One shoots at the Cadaver Kid (Cadaver Kid: test Luck [d20+3])
One shoots at Roach (Roach: test Luck [d20])
Two shoot at Cumflutter (Cumfluttter: test Luck twice [d20+3 x2]
