We've been quite enjoying a series on Netflix called Dark Tourist ... it's a bit like a Louis Theroux style travelogue type thing, but he's visiting a lot of well, darker places off the mainstream tourist trail. It's funny you mention it being therapeutic. One of the prisons I speak to in the course of my work recently started a new therapy course to rehabilitate and generally improve the behaviour of prisoners, which involves the painting of Games Workshop figurines, apparently it's been working really well.
