Re: Skull & Bones PC

That's fair DJ, I remember being worried about the change of scenery but was excited enough for the story that I took the plunge - and enjoyed it mightily. It doesn't have the location though I agree, visiting towns and cities (in Italy mostly) that I have explored as Ezio is always so funny, you lo...

Re: Skull & Bones PC

I haven't replayed it in years but I remember always enjoying getting back to the sailing. I don't remember the combat that fondly but I did like the recreation of the ship, the ocean etc. I did read that in co-op you can heal your buddies (or at least the ships they are represented by) by shooting ...

Re: Skull & Bones PC

I think the problem was that it was ill-conceived from the start. I fucking love pirates, love the history, the fiction, Black Sails was awesomeness incarnate. I want that as a videogame, preferably huge and open world. I want to be able to sneak into towns, have dalliances with the ladies in low-do...

Re: Skull & Bones PC

Not one single gram of fuck from what I can tell. It never did sound interesting and from the sounds of things is as by the numbers as it gets, plagued with loads of issues and less fun than AssCreed Black Flag which is an old game now. It was such an open goal too, if they had only thought of what ...

Re: Helldivers 2 - Snowy's potted review

I really quite fancy this even though I almost never play online. The last time was literally with some of you fellas on Breakpoint about 2 years ago. Since then I've also moved and have fairly unreliable internet. I may take the plunge and try it out at some point as the Starship Troopers/Terminat...

Re: Helldivers 2 - Snowy's potted review

Honestly, other than our weekend co-op jaunts on Darktide and Ready or Not, I have been playing this almost exclusively. It is just so much fun and is so gratuitous.

Helldivers 2 - Snowy's potted review

I've recently picked up Helldivers 2 on PC and thought that I would put a review in here. as this is a game that I've been really enjoying over the last few days and one I suspect will get a lot of fans on here. It's fair to say that the launch was not without some problems. Most notably, this was m...

Re: The F1 thread

I do wonder how it will work with Leclerc though, he needs a killer season this year I reckon to keep his top placing. There is no way in hell Hamilton joined Ferrari without the stipulation that he's either number 1, or the drivers will be treated equally. The latter feels unusual for Ferrari, but...

*Ian keeps trying to recommend various metal bands to me and I usually bounce straight off them.
Hey that's cool, I didn't think you listened to any, so bouncing off, yeah I can take that :)
