Re: Fantasy Football tournament 18/19 - now live!
So the advice I posted before: Ok then, some advice moving down the table as it appears for me: MM - your team looks good! Keeper maybe a bit dodgy but I seem to have drafted two very keepers but I only want to have one, so I've sent you a trade proposal I think is fair, so accept that if you want o...

Fantasy Football tournament 18/19 - now live!
Yay, another competition whose name is now out of date -_- Anyway, thank you to MM, WB and Animal for joining our experimental draft-style tournament for this season, as well as Mrs MM. As I said on the old forum it seemed to go quite well for being completely automated. The season starts tonight, a...

Re: Hello and welcome!
Still here, was formerly Dr@gon-UK which was my online gaming name for literally everything many moons ago. New one was my WoW warlock I played for longer than was healthy, name comes from one of two rare weapons in Oblivion. Probably still forum fossil unless we attract someone even more in their ...

Re: Currently playing: Horizon Zero Dawn
Well maybe if it's regarding a fairly newly released game then.
It just felt towards the latter days of the old place that the Currently being played thread was the only one with real activity.

Re: Red Dead Redemption 2 [PS4, XBone] - October 26th
I've played the GTAV campaign a couple of times now in fact, I think it's really well done with the different playable characters. I certainly prefer it to IV which felt a bit dull at times.

Re: No Man's Sky: Next
Yeah, I dunno. I feel like it's still at the point (based on what I've been reading) of grinding through what is essentially an extended tutorial, to get to the good stuff of crafting big bases, capital ships and the like. My dad has also had the game in his library sitting unplayed for ages, so I'v...

No Man's Sky: The Abyss [PC, PS4, XBone]
I think a lot of you have this, so what do you make of the last update? I didn't play it on release so this is my first experience of it and... it's strange. Minute to minute I don't find it that compelling, but then I look up at the clock and realise a couple of hours have flashed past. I'm at the ...

Re: Red Dead Redemption 2 (October 26th)
Is it actually confirmed for PC? In all previews (and tbf I've not seen many) I've not seen it mentioned.
I didn't play the first one (not owning a console) but always wanted to. I'd definitely play the sequel if it comes to PC.

Re: New Themes
While we're making suggestions, could I ask if maybe the submit button appears on the left underneath the text box? I've lost track of the number of times I've saved my draft today instead of submitting  I had no idea why I was doing it until I went back to the old place and saw that's the way ...

Re: Currently Reading
Working through some books that have been recommended by various people but are a bit outside my norm. At the moment I'm reading A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. It's a bit of a social satire set in New Orleans in (I think) the 1950s, with the main character both a self-important tool ...

Re: What Are You Playing?
We thought for the new forum that rather than have a catch-all thread for games we're playing, that we'd start a new thread instead for each game - will hopefully spark some discussions while also helping to populate the new boards. I think it would be worthwhile.
