Re: Loss less v 320Kbps v 128Kbps. Take the test
I think arqueturus you are in the minority which is great. If you can afford it and its important to you, why not. The Gizmodo article was interesting. Streaming over Bluetooth really downgrades the quality because the data gets compressed. I listen to music 2 ways - on my phone to my wireless head...

I considered making the jump to Tidal when I treated myself to some new Hi-Fi stuff a year ago including a Cambridge Audio Network player. I had a month trial so was able to play the Hi-Fi Quality Tidal source (same as CD so 44.1kHz so not technically lossless I think?) against whatever the high qua...

Re: General Film News
Well, it gets my vote based on the fact that it's featuring one of my favourite ELO tunes of all time. Aside from that, it clearly takes GofG as a blueprint, nothing in there looks terrible except Kevin Hart being miscast imo as Roland? Roland was a fairly serious fellow. JLC as Tanis is a great ide...

Re: The For Sale, Swapping and Giveaway Thread
Would anyone be interested in an Asus Geforce RTX 3060ti? £225 + p and p
It's a year old and manages 1440p decently (my monitor res hence the upgrade) but would really shine at 1080p.
I'm replacing it but haven't done the swap out as yet, I thought I'd ask here before going to Ebay.

When the say ARPG - are they not meaning a first person Diablo alike? That video left me cold. Hexen did it better.

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
Rebel Moon, Part I As a counterpoint to Todd's review, I thought it was terrible. It's shamelessly stolen from a tonne of sources (Star Wars and the Seven Samurai along with a massive dose of Warhammer 40K) and nothing makes any kind of sense at all, I spent so much of the film watching loose scene...

Re: The F1 thread
To clarify, I think Verstappen is a brilliant talent but whenever things start going pear shaped he seems to unravel a fair bit. There's no doubt the Red Bull car is leagues ahead of the others but I do think that that shouldn't overshadow just how good Verstappen is, even if he's a petulant child t...

Re: The F1 thread
My other half is a big fan of F1 and a huge Hamilton fan so it's not been the most pleasant year so far but it's certainly been interesting other than dominance of the Red Bull. We were in Japan earlier this year and had tickets for Suzuka which I enjoyed, it's the first one we've ever managed to ge...

Genuinely didn't realise how they worked so left them on. I'm wondering if that's why I'm not suffering much so far.

well, that fills me with trepidation
Problem with dropping to the lowest dificulty level is that you (currently) can't multi-class and I have plans so I need to be able to do that.

Spoilers! people Spoilers! I'm weak and won't be able to resist looking stuff up :D I've not had a chance to play more as yet but should do this evening. I'm intrigued by the tough fights people are having - are we all playing on Balanced? So far I'm not finding the fights too tough but it might be ...
