Re: Trump: Impeach is the new Orange
He refused to leave without his shoes so people wouldn’t notice the lifts that make him look taller and at best a bit of glass from the teleprompter being hit cut his ear or more likely he cut it on the way down. Nobody in their right mind thinks that nick was him getting shot. It’s always the dumbe...

Re: The 'Look What the Postman Brought Me' Thread - Technology Edition
I was looking for a cheap tablet to basically read the hellraiser comics (for some reason -_-) and maybe some card games like Magic or Spire. Ended up with a Surface Pro 7, i5, 256gb for 50 quid because it had some hairline cracks in the glass you cant really see when in use. So dirt cheap, cant rea...

Re: Audiobook Recommendations
Uh lets see what my awful memory can dredge up..... Well the third book in the Bioforms (Dogs Of War) series just came out. The second book was Bear Head and I remember thinking it was alright but I dont remember much to be honest yet my brain still conjures up "My name is Rex. I am a good dog" from...

I'm maybe 80% through Smoke City by Keith Rosson . Plot is; a chap that thinks he is the reincarnation of Joan Of Arcs executioner goes on a road trip to find a woman he seen on a talk show claiming to be the reincarnation of Joan Of Arc. It sounds daft but its wonderful and as daft as it sounds its...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
Went to a silent movie double bill at the The Panopticon (the oldest active music hall in the world and the place Stan Laurel began his career, apparently!) with live accompaniment. It was magic, the musicians never dropped a note, super tight. Yeah maybe we were in a musty old room with an old DVD ...

Re: General Gaming News
I'm still baffled that people bought into Phil and his smarmy corpo gamer schtick. His face and delivery just make me throw up a little, hes such a wanker. Peter-Satan-Moore is the only good face XBox ever had unless you count Larry and X... Z.... E? I think it was E. Larry had a semi Jack Tretton v...

It’s weird, the ingredients are pretty much the same yet Oatly is much more creamy than the others. The trick is it’s usually always on sale somewhere, I find out where and go buy a crapload at a time. If I pay more than £1.50 I feel robbed

No matter what I had been listening to, around 70% of the time when I connect my phone to Carplay it plays Superbeast by Rob Zombie.

Re: General Gaming News
ve tried to play SS2 with graphics upgrades a number of times and I think it looks like shit and here it looks like shit still. They make the enemies into cartoons where the original might be super low poly but they look creepy. The old midwife model is still scary!

Cows milks health benefits to humans has been one of the most insidious and sucsessful misinformation campaigns ever. Oatly is fab!

Re: Trump: Impeach is the new Orange
There’s a weird praising of Trump from both sides of the media. “He has achieved something remarkable, from air strikes to peace in a few days” as if Iran had any other option. He essentially ran in after a fight and kicked them in the gut as they lay on the floor then boasting that he’s the reason ...
