Re: Xbox Game Pass for PC

I always remember people commending it about how the narrative could be affected and things could play out vastly differently. I meant to go back to it but I only got a couple of hours in before the "this feels like Bethesda zzzzzz" set in.

Re: Trump: Impeach is the new Orange

Not to mention the dems in general are idiots too afraid to say yeah, a newly (or any) transitioned woman should not compete against women in physical contests or move on immigration before the 11th hour, or even point out their wins or even point out how good they landed economically vs every other...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Always had a soft spot for Cable Guy and Ace Ventura 2 though having watched neither in 20 years I reserve some rights. I never got everyone going gaga over Eternal Sunshine, it wasnt great.

Re: Currently Playing

I gave it a few hours but its just not doing anything for me, I just find it pretty boring. Its not bad its just nowhere near what I was expecting, especially after the religious fervour surrounding it. I also found Vampire Survivors to be incredibly mind-numbing too so maybe I'm too old/grumpy/tire...

Re: Trump: Impeach is the new Orange

They also canceled all government funding yesterday and were surprised when it canceled all government funding and had to do some panic rolling back of their plans so funding could get to silly things like Medicaid. Oopsie!

As I understand it he has an office in the whitehouse but has no public accountability.

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Yeoh was the saving grace of discovery till the time jump so I have been trying to be optimistic. She’s the only good thing here but she’s not enough which is not her fault.

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

No and no. Discovery had some Trek in it, this has zero. Its mindless and in being so brainoffy it is less irritating than Discovery but its just bland. The section 31 team might as well be Borderlands characters but even less funny (a feat I know!) though not for the lack of trying. Actually most o...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Section 31 More like Section Smellybum . Its like someone wanted to do Firefly but couldnt write good characters and also like someone wanted to write a Star Wars but were handed the Star Trek licence. At 62 Michelle Yeoh can still kick ass and moves better than most 20 year olds and she seems to b...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Quiet Place Day One Meh. Theres some good scenes but its heavy on the "fuck off that wouldn't happen". The Flame of New Orleans Its decent enough and Marlene Dietrich just smoulders her way through. Shes a great eye actress, she conveys so much through her glances and most of them are just "watch m...

I do enjoy it when that happens, at the end of The Batman he leaves the old graveyard in Glasgow and drives the Batmobile towards the Barras market where I used to get my pirate Atari ST games.

Re: Trump: Impeach is the new Orange

There’s different ways you can act like a moron. I still see him as an emotionally stunted CoDbro edgelord that would happily call you a faggot if your KD is under 1. Almost like he’s still essentially a snapshot of his emotional age when he made his millions. Also didn’t he tweet support the AFD in...

Get Away
Dog shit. Actually its like when you pick up your dogs shit and accidentally pick up another dogs shit and instead of a warm, welcoming, familiar glow its freezing cold and much less solid than you were expecting.
