Re: The Last Of Us

I love the second game but I lost interest in the show when they started saying it would take 3-4 seasons to tell the story of the second game. Fuck off. The first few episodes were fine but can’t speak going forward.

Re: The Room 102 thread - for things you love or just having a bloody good praise!

When you look into where the best place to get rare oop and bootleg music from and the answer, after nearly 30 years is still Soulseek! Maaaaaan I don’t know how long it’s been but it’s exactly the same and it’s still fucking awesome! I have so many cds that aren’t in streaming services or available...

You can run jellyfinn and plex servers side by side using the same library structure. Handy for testing or just best of both kind of thing. Filebot is very handy for file naming/structures and keeping everything organised. You don’t need a sub for Plexamp remote access, only for videos. I think a su...

Re: Currently Reading

The Expanse So I'm almost up to the end of the show now. Its good! I think when I started I said it was surprisingly close to the show but it takes a fair few big shifts. The core is mostly the same but there are some big differences for better and for worse. Examples - Drummer is a non-character i...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Looker (1981) I feel like I watched this as a kid but didnt remember much. What a cool film! Strangely topical too. Its about selling your image to a computer so it can do what it wants with it. It also has a killer theme song! Oh and it has the best, most convincing death/stunt I've ever seen. Bot...

File sharing between my two Windows 11 PCs isn't working. "Diagnose networking problems" *click* "AI-generated content To resolve network share issues on Windows XP, follow these steps:" Fuck off MS. It used to at least pretend to diagnose the problem before telling you no problem was detected!

Localised or not, it held back Russian aviation advances for decades. The aircraft kept Stalin.
