I'm sure some us will have noticed this today. I'm surprised at Duckduckgo being affected, the apparently rely on Bing but aren't owned my Microsoft.

Re: The Absolute State Of It - It's The UK Politics Thread!

Why the fuck would you do that to yourself? Would a shotgun barrel have popped out of the letterbox if he tried to run back in without saying his bit?

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

28 Days Later There's a Danny Boyle festival on at the cinema so went to see this with the gf last night. She'd never even heard of it so I was really hoping it held up. So this was filmed in 2001 with a handheld digital camera and as a result looks like utter shit. 480p resolution does not transla...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Ah cool, I was going to watch Abigail but was a bit out of by the wishy-washy reviews. Will give it a look. Sting Saw a trailer for this a little while ago and thought it looked fun...it was fine. A young girl living in a New York apartment block finds a weird spider and keeps it as a pet. Said spid...

Re: General Gaming News

This looks interesting. Horror game set on an oil rig off the coast of Scotland in the 1970's.

Still probably preferable to living in Scotland during the 1970's \:D/

Re: Sad news about Solitaire

Nicely done man, that we could be so fondly remembered by people we never meet face to face. I've no doubt that Todd would be very appreciative.

Re: Aaand, In Other News...

Seeing as it's the usual suspects giving their condolences I dare say he was a nasty little Edwin. It's very likely things might get worse for a while but his loss will ultimately be good for Iran. On the lighter side, we'll probably get more solar flares over the next few days. I didn't see a singl...

This might be a strange thing to ask but has any other former people either on here or Preys World died?

Re: Sad news about Solitaire

I was recently wondering where Soli and a few other regulars had disappeared to, it had been so long since he last posted anything. That's terrible news, I just hope he wasn't in any pain :( He was a top gent and will be genuinely missed.
RIP Todd

Re: General Gaming News

I'll take it from the trailer that you can either stealth a mission or just run in swinging.

I'd heard of the black samurai before but I'm pretty sure Ubi are taking massive liberties with the story. But as Snowy said I'm all for it if it gets a bunch of frothing troglodytes all hot and bothered.

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

I think after I saw Jurassic World I was done with the franchise and it seems to have been a good call. Godzilla Minus One Now this is how you make a monster film. It's set in Japan just after the war and deals with the aftermath of that and the arrival of a giant radioactive lizard. The budget was ...

Re: Good TV (aka, the TV series spamthread), the second series

Stargate SG-1 Started watching this several months ago and am now midway through season 5. It was cool to see the show evolve over the seasons and the effects getting more elaborate. It's often intentionally silly and pokes fun at itself like when they discover a really cheap tv show called Wormhol...

Re: General Film News

I'm sure they'll try and drag it out to at least 2 films. It's very hard to be enthusiastic about a story where you know none of the main characters are in any real peril.

Apparently the Sun has just let rip a real nasty one and Earth in in the path...

Could be some beautiful Northern Lights type displays tonight if it's not cloudy.
