Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Been on a bit of a spree with the boy. watched: Pulp Fiction : My top favourite film ever. Robocop : Still looks pretty good today Starship Troopers : Since we were on a Paul Verhoeven run :) When I next have him I reckon we'll be onto Trading Places (mainly for Jamie Lee Curtis) and then The Thing ...

Re: Daily forum quiz thread

Snowy! What happened the other day? 1 question right in 8 seconds? Did a meeting start just as you started the timer? :)

Re: Mice

Budget?

I'd step up one and go for a G900 (maybe out of service now) or the G903. Both are wireless but can be used wired whilst charging. My old G900 needs charging more often but still goes a week being used on my work macbook. My newer G903 is mainly for gaming and being wireless is awesome.

Re: Star Wars: Squadrons

I can't play in VR for too long. It's a bit jerky. It's amazing when I'm in there though. Prefer flying the X-Wing purely for the extra views. Tie fighters can only see ahead.
The missions are pretty samey but still fun.

Re: Star Wars: Squadrons

Aha. It appears that I was diverting power to shield. Even though the icon looked like an engine and is blue which is shield colour, surely?
Grr. Right, back into it..

Re: Star Wars: Squadrons

I actually just rage quit from this (Alt-F4). Took me a while to set up the HOTAS (not seen a problem as big as Mac said. It seemed fine to me.) It takes ages to find and press button 8 (or whatever it wants) when my X52 has sliders and POV hats and mouse sticks etc. The reason I quit was the first ...

Re: Currently Playing

Hades is doing me well at the moment. very satisfying.
Risk of Rain 2 is also doing a good turn. especially with some hand picked mods so I can play with my son and have a right laugh.

I quite like the idea that they've gone old school and only releasing episodes on Fridays.
Time to chat and guess what's going to happen more.

Re: Celebs are still dropping off....

Was just watching All creatures great and small (the new one) where I proclaimed 'That's Diana Rigg!'. The very next day I read that she'd passed. Sad face. Used to fancy her in the Avengers.
