Re: Middle-Aged: Shadow of Gamor.
Luckily I don't think I've changed anything regarding my playing games. I (yet) don't even need glasses which I thought I would by now (mid fifties) having sat so near to the tv for several decades now. I don't do competitive games online mainly because I get so annoyed by the sweatlords and/or chea...

Re: The Room 102 thread - for things you love or just having a bloody good praise!
I saw a Tiktok video (Yes, I'm trying to keep up with these kids things) and saw a teeny tiny dishwasher. It fits on your draining board... I bought one (through Amazon not through tiktok shit) and it turns up today. Wonder how long it will last? But the Room 102 thing is - I never knew these things...

yup same here. not being allowed to drive is also a pain. I do sometimes risk cycling if it's a quiet road day.

Re: General Gaming News
I concur with Wrath. The game itself won't have AI in it. We (at our work) just use it instead of googling stack overflow and/or creating some boilerplate code or unit tests etc. Basically the menial stuff everyone hates doing

Re: Aaand, In Other News...
Did anyonoe see the northern lights last night? I've never seen them whilst in the UK in all my (considerable) years. I took so many pictures. Deleted loads more this morning as they were all very similar but still awe inspiring. https://www.plymouthherald.co.uk/news/uk-world-news/northern-lights-co...

Moore is my goto Bond but I can put that down to him being the one that was always on over Christmas as I was a youngster. I'd creep away from the boring old people chatting and get stuck into whatever bond film was showing.
Great stuff

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
For some reason I seem to recall not liking legacy. maybe it's due a rewatch to try to refresh my memory. Tron is on my top films of all time. It was so ground-breaking when it came out.
Did they do a 3D version of legacy? They must have surely?

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
I've watched that film so many times (and yes, JLC's body helped through some rough teenage years
) and I still don't fully understand the end.
I think I have a very rough handle on it but surprising they didn't go with an easier ending. Buying and selling futures. No idea.

Re: The Room 101 thread - for things you hate or just having a bloody good moan
When my whole online identity was being hacked last year, Amazon where the first ones to sort it out. I was surprised. Facebook are even shiitter as they have no paying customers as such and so can tell you to fuck off. Which they did. I lost all backed up photographic memories and posts for 20 odd ...
