Lol read that this morning. Musk is so fucking odd, why is he trying to pass himself off as a 'l33t gam3r'? There's literally no need for it.
Because he is a terribly insecure person and wants people to like him.

Finally a more price friendly and good graphics card?

Intel's next generation of graphics cards have finally made their way to market and reviews have been very positive. Performance wise it beats out the 4060 and gets close to the 4060Ti in a lot of benchmarks. The real plus point is the price though with cards set to be around £250 and with plenty of...

Well this is a dash of cold water in the face for the upcoming Indy game: https://www.pcgamer.com/games/fps/after-three-hours-with-indiana-jones-and-the-great-circle-i-dont-think-its-the-grand-adventure-machinegames-is-pitching-its-just-a-fairly-basic-stealth-game/#comment-jump At least it's coming...

https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/Qce2bMpZ2xmXtvjXbw8mkf-970-80.jpg This is pretty much what I expected when it came out they were pulling press previews. Their stock price has been in free-fall the last few months so they really need this game to sell which also explains why it is coming to Steam ...

Re: Dragon Age 4: The Veilguard - out October 31st

Probably this will be a bad idea, but the upcoming release of this has put me in the mood for a replay of Inquisition - something I've not done since 2019 apparently, looking at my EA account. I was playing DA2 recently but burned out a bit somewhere in the second act, but I really want to familiar...

Re: Playstation & Sony News/Discussion

It's a console that is antithetical to what is currently happening in the industry right now. We have developers shedding jobs or shutting down because their game failed to make back enough to cover the huge development costs, a general feeling that we can't keep on spending this much to make games,...

Re: Playstation & Sony News/Discussion

It was always going to be, surely? The standard PS5 console still carries an RRP of close to £500 as far as I'm aware (the digital version, which I guess is the better comparison point, is cheaper than that), and they were never going to put out a "pro" version for fifty quid more. I don't think th...

Re: Playstation & Sony News/Discussion

Ahahahahahaha £700 for the PS5 Pro, an extra £100 if you want to play any of your current games on discs as it doesn't come with a drive.

Re: 40K Space Marine 2

Damn, a pretty downbeat review from PCG: https://www.pcgamer.com/games/action/warhammer-40-000-space-marine-2-review/ 60% Sounds like it's initially amazing but despite the campaign only lasting 8 hours it wears out its welcome long before the end, and the co-op mode is too half-baked to make up fo...

The impression I got was that it was only temporarily dead, and they're going to keep at it.
Sony haven't made any commitments either way. I wouldn't be surprised to see it return with a free to play model but I also wouldn't be surprised if we never saw it again.

Re: Civilization 7

I like the look of a lot of the new systems for 7 and I think the art style looks gorgeous, £60 is a bit too steep of a price for me personally though.

Deadlock

Snagged an invite from a friend, so if anyone else would like access to Valve's new shooter which is basically a FPS version of DOTA let me know.

Re: Currently Playing

I picked up Shadows of Doubt yesterday, based on this article. It’s janky, it’s not 100% intuitive and it is incredibly good. The core concept is that you are a PI in a city who investigates murders, all of which is procedurally generated - the city, the people, their jobs, their routines, their re...
