I agree; it just completely lost any momentum when they didn't have any higher to go with it and decided to drag it all out massively.

The Sinner S2
It’s very good, just as good quality as S1. I was a bit worried since S1 seemed like it was self contained but this was a good way to continue it.
Where are you watching? I noticed Netflix doesn't have Season 2 yet.

I wondered about this also as I've not seen it advertised on there yet.

You can either use a vpn or torrents :p Irll be on ours when it finishes it’s run I believe.

In the meantime you could watch Ozark S2, which is more of the same Breaking Bad type thing as S1. Still good, still enjoyably ridiculous.

Started watching a drama series on Amazon Prime Video called Knightfall, about the Knights Templar. I'm guessing it's going to be about the events leading to the demise of the Order in 1307, but the Holy Grail (which the Templars actually possess in the story) is also a significant part of the plot.

Only watched one episode so far but it's good stuff if you like your medieval drama. Slightly lower budget than other things I've seen in this genre and it occasionally shows, but generally it's good.

I am three episodes in now and what appeared to be some low budget decisions in the first episode have completely disappeared; from E2 it has been really high-quality in every respect.

To be fair the first episode had a very dramatic battle sequence set in Acre, Palestine, and it was here that some of the budget limitations showed, like an overuse of CGI that looked about ten years old, quality-wise, and a weird thing where they showed knights' faces on the inside of their helmets, Iron Man style, which happened a little too often for no good reason.

Westworld season 2 done.
The only thing that really irked me is the way it's told.
More of the same of the first, so well written, well acted, engaging throughout.

It's just a jumbled mess, and I appreciate why it's told the way it is but it's just a bit terrible as a concept.

Yeah, I agree completely. I hate it when programmes use non-linear storytelling but don't indicate which bits are set when. Doing that over the course of an entire season just means I have no idea what's going on.

It also doesn't help that there isn't a single character in Westworld that's likeable. I just don't care about what happens to anyone.

I liked William. Good ol' Bill. Did like his conclusion too.
Liked Maeve and her story too, absolutely loved the "lazy story writing" she got :D
