Perhaps they decided that the Maltan locals would have enough trouble with their accents without having to bring in stupid team names too.

Oh for the love of god what a drivelling shower of cunts.

Glad that botox-bloated tit got the boot first, her fishlips were giving me the fear throughout, looked like a resident of Innsmouth (right HPL fans?)!

Where do they scrape up the contestants from?

Oh, and who sniggered at Mrs "I am in the nut milk business"? ;)

Seeing the sign for that section was the highlight of shopping at Waitrose.

Never did get a photo under the "Exotic Fruit" sign though.

just watched episode 1. Wow. Just wow. This is becoming a comedy of tragedy. The one who got fired deserved it only because being in her company would drive me nuts in 2 minutes flat.

The American one called Jackie (me thinks) looks exactly like one of my oldest friends, who also happens to be an American from New York. It was uncanny. They could be sisters in another world.

Cringe factor 10 on that episode. Can't believe how many of the men can't give a basic pitch properly.

Also, the glimpse of next weeks episode appears to show them making donuts with custard creams attached to them.

I like how they put so much emphasis on the AR aspect in the boardroom, when it received all of two minutes during the task. I also didn't get why they were berating the boys' PM when he was surely doing what a PM is supposed to do - utilise the self-confessed skills of his team members. Of course you would give the story development to the guy that writes stories. Also, there was a guy in the post-boardroom huddle at the end that I didn't even recognise. I appreciate they have a limited amount of screen time in the early episodes, but for all I know he was part of the camera crew.

Kurran (I think) is hilarious, the guy is in love with himself but is singularly useless at everything so far, from forgetting his lines at the pitch (after telling his team the pitch would be doomed to failure if he wasn't there) to being unable to speak and move at the same time during the AR recording... made even funnier because he's convinced he's a fantastic actor

I'm a little surprised he survived the boardroom.

The girls were definitely there for the taking, their idea was pretty poor and executed badly (very young for the target market, lack of French, spelling and grammar mistakes, cringey main character reminiscent of Poochy from the Simpsons), but the boys' somehow ended up worse.

"He must have done something right to be so powerful!" or something along those lines.

Yeah, like bumping off anyone who was a threat or disagreed with him. Let's not give her ideas😂

Curran is quickly becoming the most useless candidate in the show's history - he can't even have an arm wrestle without breaking his arm.

Also, I think the 2 guys missed the point of curling at the end there. It's not about seeing how fast you can smash into the back wall first.

who was the blonde guy who just popped up from nowhere ?

Watching it with the gf I called out "who the fuck is he"

This show is utter train wreck telly. It is obvious Sugar has seen the business ideas and chosen the ones he wants to work with and is picking off the deadwood upfront
