Mike is basically taken up with Polo-man.
I know, I just have no recollection of how that came about in the previous season.

It has definitely been a great series yet again.... So much to come too! I keep kidding myself they will have BB characters drift through, but only in the background,, type thing.... Always watch looking for hidden details....

The creators have said they're not against the idea of bringing BB characters into this world, but they'll only do so if it makes sense for the story, not just as fan service. So, it might happen, but probably not and probably not just in like a background cameo role.

Always crossed my mind that you'd have a fairly typical scene with people in it and have some of the old gang be in the background.

Bojack Horseman season 1 & 2

Excellent. At first it all a bit weird but when you get used to the idea of the anthropomorphism and watch it for the storylines it really picks up, especially in S2. I will continue to watch this but before I start with S3 I want to do another comedy first
8/10

Better Call Saul S1

This gets a lot better towards the end after a bit of a laborious start. I really become to appreciate what a great actor Bob Odenkirk is. As a spin off show from Breaking Bad, it is excellent in its own right and I would of continued to watch this regardless that you know he end up as Saul Goodman.
Spoiler
His acting when he finds out his brother, Chuck, continues to think he is a moron is brilliant. You can tell that it is a real punch to the gut but because it comes from his brother whom he loves dearly he has a mental struggle to overlook this. Great acting
7/10
Games playing : Alan Wake American Nightmare / Total War Thrones Of Britannia / Inside

Well that is me finished Star Trek: Discovery Season 1.

The twist was good, but the ending, I thought, was dull and uninspired.

Started Altered Carbon tonight.

One episode in, I really like it. Pays am awful lot of homage, it feels, to Blade Runner.

Finished Killing Eve. Really enjoyed that! The assasin lass is just great!

Started The Haunting Of Hill House with zero expectations. I love the original and I even love most of the remake even though its bad. This is a completely different take and so far its actually really good. The structure is almost as if "It" had both parts spliced together and told the story non linearly. Really surprised at the quality of it.
I used to be eVoL but I got better.
I like everything now.

Finally got around to finishing Altered Carbon, which we'd started several months back. I honestly loved it; it grabbed me right from the start with the core concept behind the world building - the fact that your consciousness is stored on a fancy memory chip implanted in your neck, and it can be transferred and backed up like any other digital data. It really plays around with the concept and imagines a future where it's the norm, and all of the changes to the human condition it brings. It's extremely well produced, it's well acted and it looks stunning. It's probably the best new series I've come across in a few years.
Just finished this myself and I concur with Raid's opinion. Really enjoyed it.
